Licenses Remaining Bug

This is a hotfix for a bug that caused the license count to be off by 1 when toggling a user’s active state with Automatic License Management enabled. (This did not affect users of DayBack inside Salesforce.) When the bug appeared, the billed license count shown was correct, but the active member count could be off by one. This could leave a group in a state where there weren’t enough user licenses to cover the number of active members. If you ever saw a “-1” in your Users & Billing section, this is what caused that.
