Faster Online Booking

We have released a new version of DayBack’s online booking engine that is much faster. This applies to online booking deployments where folks manually manipulate their availability — it doesn’t really affect service-booking deployments where availability is more rule-based. Speed-ups for that are in QA!

But for deployments like our own booking engine, this is a big boost. Huge thanks to Michael for the insightful refactor!!
