DayBack Beta: Breakout options, a sign-in bug, and misc improvements

This update adds the ability to hide empty rows while using breakout in horizon view.

It contains a major refactor to inviting new members to groups in FileMaker, which should hopefully fix an issue where new group members would get a malformed account in some cases. Now, if that scenario somehow happens again, those users can now be deleted and re-invited without our intervention.

It also fixes an issue with deleting future repetitions in Salesforce and provides improved error messaging when deleting future repetitions. It fixes a bug where the drag selection would appear when editing a repeating event and clicking outside the popover to save.

Finally, a small change was made to the dbk.isEventShown helper function: it now honors the hide weekends setting. Before this, isEventShown would report an event was shown even if it wasn’t shown because weekends were hidden.
